Domestic: Free shipping with orders HK$2500 and above with SF Express Delivery/Store Pick Up as delivery options.

Standard Delivery Time

Taxes and Duties
We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, this means that the total price of an order at
checkout excludes taxes and duties. When the shipment arrives at Customs, the customer is responsible for paying all
import duties, customs and local sales taxes.
HULA does not accept returns if an item cannot be delivered due to unpaid taxes, import duties, levies, or any other
charges.
Terms of Returns
All online purchases are refundable within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Items must be returned within 5 working
days (local) or 10 working days (International).
