Delivery Details
Free shipping with orders HK$2,500 and above for all local Hong Kong deliveries.
For international shipping, please refer to the shipping calculator when you check out.
Standard Delivery Times
Local Shipping: delivered within 2-3 business daysAsia: delivered within 5-7 business days
Rest of the world: delivered within 7-10 business days
Taxes and dutues
We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that the total price at checkout includes all taxes and duties. When the shipment arrives, there will be no additional payments required for import duties, customs, or local sales taxes.
Please note that HULA does not accept returns if an item cannot be delivered due to unpaid taxes, import duties, levies, or other related issues.
