It's a Wrap 2025: Celebrating Our Milestones and Impact

As we reflect on 2025, it’s clear that this year has been transformative for us at HULA. With significant strides in sustainability, sales growth, and community engagement, we’re excited to share our achievements and future aspirations.
This year, we consigned and sold an impressive 10,000 items, potentially preventing those from ending up in landfills. Our focus on sustainability is key to what we do, and this milestone highlights our commitment to encouraging pre-owned shopping.
Revolutionizing Pre-Owned Shopping
One of the major changes we've had this year was the launch of our new 7,000 sq ft flagship store. HUB by HULA marked a pivotal moment for pre-owned shopping in Hong Kong. This space not only enhanced the shopping experience but also served as a community hub for sustainable fashion enthusiasts.
In response to growing demand, we also launched a dedicated Men’s Department at HUB.
Quick Sales Turnaround
Approximately 55% of our items sold within just three months. With that, clothing sales increased by 47% and accessories soaring by 77%.
This year, we witnessed significant growth in several luxury brands, with Chanel leading at 69% growth, followed by Hermes at 55%, Dior at 35%, and Celine at 20%. Overall, our business experienced a remarkable growth rate of 26%, highlighting our ongoing success in the market.
Successful Pop-ups
We collaborated with D-mop for a two-month pop-up. This pop-up showcases a meticulously curated selection of exceptional pieces from coveted brands from the likes of Comme Des Garçons, Yohji Yamamoto, Rick Owens, Maison Martin Margiela and Ann Demeulemeester. Fashion enthusiasts and collectors will also have the opportunity to discover timeless runway classics from luxury houses such as Saint Laurent, Miu Miu, Balenciaga and Hermès.
Alongside we had three successful events at Upper House, including two pop-ups of “ Forever Chanel.” These pop-ups were instrumental in expanding our reach and engaging with new customers.
