HULA WILL ARRANGE PICK UP OF YOUR ITEM

ONCE HULA HAS RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL, HULA WILL CHECK YOUR ITEM, ADD HULA HANGTAGS AND ARRANGE DELIVERY

IF YOUR ITEM IS REFUNDABLE, THE BUYER HAS 24 HOURS TO LET US KNOW IF THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ITEM. ONCE THE 24 HOURS HAVE PASSED, HULA WILL BEGIN TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT

Hula will credit your account within 7-14 days after the buyer has received and signed for the item.

ONCE HULA HAS RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL, YOUR ITEM WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY PHOTOGRAPHED AND UPLOADED (HULA POSTS ALL NEW ITEMS EVERY WEDNESDAY, SO THE CUT OFF TO RECIEVE ITEMS FOR A WEDNSDAY POST IS ON FRIDAY BEFORE 12 NOON)

Hula will take care of all the communication with buyers up until it is sold
