Items that can be refunded are noted on each item page and again at checkout.
For orders placed before 12pm, HULA guarantees delivery within 2 days for Hong Kong adresses, not including weekends or public holidays. If the address is outside Hong Kong, shipping times will vary. Please check the shipping rates icon besides each product detail.
Items left in your shopping basket will remain until your next visit but there is a risk the items will be sold
If you come across an item that is Sold, you may still add this into your wishlist (click onto the heart symbol) so you may be notified
when this item comes in again.
HULA offers a complete Butler service, where we will collect your items, help to fill out the forms, pricing, uploading, photography, communication
with the buyer and storage until it's sold, the Butler Service provides an effortless sales experience. You get to keep 65% of the selling
price once sold.

Use our automated calculator on the Sell page to show how much you will receive after a sale and help you select the service.
Items must be in a clean and saleable condition prior to our collection, however our Butler can help you arrange dry cleaning if required,
which might be a cost that gets deducted after the item is sold.
Use original packaging and include certificates, tags, reciepts to help enhance the sale.
Note: If selling shoes, we only take New or Hardly worn (worn lighty up to 5 times)
Items are open for returns and managed by HULA, unless otherwise specified (HULA strongly recommends returns to encourage sales, however
HULA reserves the right to not offer returns on select products)
If you live overseas, you can still sell with us, however you will have to pay for shipping to our Hong Kong office.
Once an item is sold you are notified on the 10th of every month, and paid on the 15th of each month (unless it falls on a weekend or
public holiday, then it will be the next working day)
If you are donating all the proceeds of your designer items to charity, you do not need to do anything. As part of the Butler Service, we will arrange pick up immediately!

If you are using our Standard Service, your photographs should be in line with Hula's guidelines below.
Make sure your photos are shot on a clean white background where possible, they are not blurry or too low resolution so it can be zoomed-in clearly on the site.
Photographs should be portrait (ration 2:3) and fit into the shape and size below. Hula will accept a maximum of 8 photos per item.
Hula will background remove one main image and crop all photos to fit, so please leave enough space around your item.
If your photographs do not fit the guidelines we may have to ask you to reshoot them. We will only select the photos necessary to sell the product.
Shoot your bag straight on from the front. Stuff the bag so it stands up properly and straight.
BACK
Shoot your bag straight on from the back in the same way.
SIDE
Shoot the bag from the side.
INSIDE
Take a close up of the branded label and include the lining of the bag.

If your bag has a gusset, shoot the underside by facing the bag on it's side.

SERVICE PROCESS
1. SIGN IN

2. CONTACT BUTLER
Email our Butler or Whatssapp +852 6920 2220 and provide information on roughly how many items, brand names you would like to sell
3. PICK UP
Once ready you may contact HULA for a pick up via SF Express.
Please make sure your items are packed well (we can only insure items that have arrived to our door safely) and make sure they are in a clean and saleable condition prior and that you add your name and contact details to the parcel (inside on a slip of paper)
4. THE HULA EDIT
During the sorting process, HULA makes an edit of what pieces we would like to sell, returning the rest of the items back to you at your convenience, by SF Express.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY & UPLOAD
Your item will then be professionally photographed and uploaded on to the site and once HULA sends you an email to verify, you may then log into your account to check your details. The process above will take between 15-21 days depending on the items to be uploaded and HULA's launch period.
6. STORE UNTIL SOLD
HULA will take care of the communication with buyers and help you store your pieces in a temperature controlled environment until it is sold.
7. SOLD!
HULA will send an email on the 10th day of each month (or next working day, if a weekend or public holiday) to notify Sellers of the items that have sold the previous month. Sellers will then be paid at the end of that month.
8. PAY DAY
HULA will arrange for a telegraphic transfer (or electronic cheque if requested) at the end of each month. Other payment methods (that would incur a fee) would be payment via paypal or to an International bank. Sellers may also wish to swap to HULA credit, with 10% additional (this voucher which never expires and can be accumulated).
This information act's purely as a guide as each item will be considered individually based not only on original cost, but condition and current desirability. As part of the Butler Service, HULA can help you price and let you check prior to uploading!
