Panel Discussion: Fashion Sustainability & How tech will save us

by HULA , July 11, 2019

We held a private event last week for Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre,  Mayer Brown and special guests. The topic was ‘Fashion Sustainability: How technology got us into trouble and how it will finally save us‘. Discussion points included; fabric tech, AI, Blockchain, companies doing great things, circular economy and consumer behaviour (full video of the discussion below).

Edwin Keh – CEO of The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel

Anita Varshey – Vice President, Strategy and Innovation, SAP Next-Gen

Moderated by:

Amita Haylock, Counsel in the IP & TMT group of Mayer Brown

It was great that HKIAC and Mayer Brown did something out of the box, with a subject that is so important and rarely discussed.
