4 HULA Looks Recreated from the Digital London Fashion Week

by HULA , September 22, 2020

Social distancing has introduced brand new rules to the playground of the fashion industry. London Fashion Week 2020, which started on the 18th of September this year and ended on the 22nd, saw brands showing digitally, physically, or both. This week we’ve summed up HULA’s four favourite Spring 2021 looks from the LFW from 4 respective designers. Scroll on to see how to recreate these looks!

Caped Up + Low Rise Jeans

Easy, casual and effortless. This Victoria Beckham look featured a marriage between 90’s low rise jeans and the modern extra-lengthened flared denim; paired with a shoulders defining cape shirt.

The 80s Accountant Suit

Fresh to the September London Fashion Week, Edward Crutchley flounced tailoring reminds us of women’s suits from the 80s. Adding a touch of life and playfulness through the gingham prints and ruffled sleeves, Crutcherly has introduced his own version of modernity to this “throwback” look.

THE ULTRA CROPPED TOP + PLEATED SKIRT

Known for perfectionism, minimalism and pristine tailoring, Emilia Wickstead does not disappoint with her simple yet romantic silhouettes. This ultra cropped top/cape piece is matched with a skirt equally voluminous.

Explosion of Colours

An explosion of colours and couture-like silhouettes, Halpern introduced fun textures and a rainbow of colours back into our lives during our dry COVID times. Celebrating “frontline heroines”, Halpern invited eight essential workers to model in his lookbook.
